What's Going On With Ugly Rugger?

I know, it's been awhile since we sent out an update on what is going on in the Ugly Rugger world. Between getting married, buying a new house, starting new jobs, promoting our beer with free tastings, and attending beer events, we have been pretty busy. So what's going on? Well our brewer is working at Four Corners Brewery and will graduate this Summer from UNT with a degree in Hospitality Management. Our Marketing Director has a new job where she is getting more experience with event planning and media exposure. Both founders are working with the Best Little Brew Fest In Texas, which is a beer festival for charity, to help promote the event and to also help get breweries involved. We have been working with a consulting firm to help build our business proposal and have completed the first draft with all financial numbers included (: This is a big step for us. We have a great proposed menu and have come up with the first 5 beers that we will brew once up and running. We have been busy, and we are very excited to see what is to come in 2014.

Wedding Catering Ugly Rugger Style

We have had the honor of being a part of a few very special weddings! Wedding catering is not our big focus, but it's fun to be a part of our good friends special day and to see new people excited about our beer.

We also brewed over 40 gallons of beer for our wedding, yes we finally got hitched!  You can see pictures of the weddings below!
